Collets

Our ER collets are industry standard, available from many sources.  They are known for accuracy, holding power and universal availability.  The short length and extreme flexability assure a firm tool grip and low runout.  We stock both the inch and metric varieties of ER collets.  Special ER Tap Collets are available that positively drive the tap shank square end.

Tools

Special tools, where necessary for the operation of our Multiple Spindle Heads , are provided with each Multi-Spindle head purchased.  Additional spare tools are available from our inventory.

 

Setup Fixtures

A setup fixture is the easiest and accurate way to set the spindle pattern of an Adjustable Multiple Spindle Drill Head.  Custom fixtures are available for of our Multiple Spindle Heads for use with your Drill Press or other Drilling Machine.  Click HERE to view the adjustment method of Multiple Spindle Heads.
