The Self-Feed AutoTap mates the AutoDrill 2000 Self-Feed drill and a Self-Reversing Tapping Head.  This allows a single unit to be used for both drilling and tapping.  When tapping there is no need for the motor drive to change direction.  The AutoTap is capable of any thread configuration within its capacity range without any internal changes.  No longer is it necessary to have an individual lead screw for each thread pitch.  This keeps the cost reasonable and the operation setup to a minimum.  All Self-Feed AutoTaps have these outstanding features:
