The AutoDrill 2000 Series is a family of electro-pneumatic controlled self feed drills.  Pneumatic controls of these self-feed drills automate the stroke portion of the drills and can be supplied to perform many basic drilling operations.  The drilling units are suitable for all position mounting.  This allows operations, that are difficult to drill manually, to be setup for trouble free production.

Pneumatic pressure and line flow controls are the variables used to adjust the stroke speed of these drilling units.  The controls usually have a single stroke speed and are suitable for drilling many blind hole and less critical thru hole drilling operations.  For two speed operations or critical drilling operations we offer our Series 2100 AutoDrills which include precision Hydro-Speed control.

Multiple units operating simultaneously can easily be controlled for high production drilling requirements with a single four way pneumatic directional valve.  We optionally offer our Cycle Automation control for this use.
